5TPH Rock Gold Crushing And Processing Plant In Zambia

This project represents a 5 TPH (tons per hour) rock gold crushing and processing plant custom-engineered by JXSC for a client in Zambia. It mainly uses a two-stage crushing & three-stage gravity separation process, achieving an overall recovery of 95%+. The entire plant features a compact layout, low operational and maintenance requirements. Using purely physical separation technologies, the rock gold crushing plant setup has no environmental impact and fully complies with local eco-friendly regulatory standards. It has now emerged as a benchmark implementation solution for small-to-medium-scale rock gold mining operations across Southern Africa.

Solutions & Process

5TPH Rock Gold Crushing And Processing Plant

01

Coarse Crushing Stage:

The raw gold ore is first deposited into a raw material bin and then fed uniformly via a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher to undergo coarse crushing. Large pieces of ore are crushed to a medium size suitable for subsequent processes to avoid feed blockage.

02

Fine Crushing Stage:

The coarsely crushed ore is transported via a belt conveyor to a hammer crusher for secondary fine crushing. The objective is to further reduce the ore particle size to meet the feed specifications for gravity separation equipment, thereby satisfying the required feed particle size for the subsequent beneficiation process.

03

Gravity Concentration Stage:

Following fine rock gold crushing, the ore material is first fed into a centrifugal concentrator for preliminary enrichment; the resulting rough concentrate is then directed to a shaking table for intensive upgrading. Subsequently, the tailings are routed to a sluice box for scavenging, aiming to recover as much fine-grained free gold as possible. The tailings remaining after the sluice box scavenging process are discharged directly.

04

Finished Product Smelting Stage:

The high-grade gold concentrate obtained from shaking table beneficiation is fed into a gold melting furnace for high-temperature smelting, ultimately yielding finished gold bars. Tailings generated from shaking table separation are disposed of externally.
