50TPD Antimony Beneficiation Process Plant In Bolivia

The 50TPD antimony beneficiation process plant project in Bolivia was provided with a complete solution by the JXSC supplier. The main process adopts a gravity separation-flotation combined process to achieve efficient recovery of gold and antimony, two valuable elements, in the same process, thereby maximizing the economic benefits of the project. From crushing, grinding, gravity separation, flotation, to dewatering, all equipment can be flexibly adjusted to ensure that mineral processing indicators are in optimal condition for a long time. As the equipment is manufactured in-house by JXSC, the process parameters are highly compatible, maintenance is straightforward, and after-sales support is responsive. This antimony beneficiation solution fully leverages the economic value of polymetallic associated ores, producing high-grade concentrates, recycling water, and meeting environmental standards.

Solutions & Process

50TPD Antimony Beneficiation Process Plant

01

Crushing Stage

The raw ore is discharged from the storage bin via a trough feeder into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. It is then transported by belt conveyor to a fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing, yielding a product size of ≤20 mm. The powder is then conveyed to the powder silo via a belt conveyor and then fed quantitatively by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder into the next grinding process.

02

Grinding and Gravity Separation Stage (Gold Concentrate Recovery)

Material is fed via belt conveyor into the first-stage ball mill for grinding, and the resulting slurry enters two shaking tables for gravity separation to directly produce gold concentrate. Tailings from the shaking tables are pumped to the second-stage ball mill for regrinding to further liberate the minerals. The reground slurry enters the hydrocyclone for classification. The coarse particles are returned to the second-stage ball mill, while the qualified fine particles overflow into the slurry preparation process.

03

Slurry Conditioning and Reagent Dosing Stage

The cyclone overflow enters two agitation tanks for thorough mixing and slurry conditioning; simultaneously, five reagent tanks ensure the precise addition of flotation reagents, thereby establishing the necessary conditions for antimony flotation.

04

Flotation Stage (Antimony Concentrate Recovery)

The conditioned pulp is fed into flotation machines for the antimony flotation process. The froth concentrate produced is transported by sand pumps to a thickener for dewatering and thickening; the underflow is then sent to a disc vacuum filter for further dewatering, ultimately yielding the antimony concentrate.

05

Tailings Treatment

Flotation tailings are transported via slurry pumps to another thickener for thickening. Its concentrated underflow is fed into a plate-and-frame filter press for deep filtration and dewatering, producing dry tailings. Finally, all process water recovered from the dewatering equipment is collected in a clear water tank; after sedimentation, it is recycled back into the production process, thereby achieving the recycling of process water.
