A vibrating screen is a kind of mine classification machine for ore, mine, sand, gravel, coal, slurry. A rotating eccentric wheel powered by a heavy-duty motor is responsible for the rapid movement of the materials on the screen to ensure a thorough separation of materials.
Accumulating decades of vibrating screen manufacturing experience in mineral screening, JXSC vibrating screens vigorously move raw materials across a 80 mesh or 50 mesh screen to separate fine particles or small objects from larger pieces.
Electromagnetic vibrators are responsible for shaking the screens on the equipment to achieve optimal contact of the material to the screen’s surface. Vibrating screens use high-frequency vibrations to separate materials according to their sizes. The inclined screen has an adjustable angle between 0° and 45°, and the vibration can be set as per your request.

Vibrating screens move materials through screens while generators apply reciprocating vibration. The inclined screen and high-frequency vibration move the materials along the deck for complete contact on the surface. This process extracts materials to a lower deck based on their size. Multiple decks are used to separate different sizes.
