Brief Intro

Our flotation machines often separate gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, molybdenum, nickel and other metal minerals. Flotation Machines

Inclined Blades


These blades are arranged obliquely, forming an angle of 60° with the radius, and they are used to guide the slurry flow thrown out by the impeller.


Circulation Pores


In the lower part of the air cylinder, there is a circulation hole to adjust the circulation of the slurry, which is controlled by a gate. There are 18-20 circulation holes between the two guide vanes on the cover plate for the ore pulp circulation, thereby increasing the amount of aeration.




The flotation equipment has an automatic control system for pulp level, air volume, pulp concentration, reagent addition and foam imaging analysis.


Stirring Device


It is composed of the pulley, impeller, vertical shaft, etc. It is used to stir the ore slurry and prevent the ore sand from settling in the tank.


Inflatable Device


Consists of a ducted intake pipe. The pulp with a lot of air bubbles is quickly thrown to the stator by the rotating force of the impeller, which further refines the air bubbles in the pulp. Eliminates the rotational motion of the slurry flow in the flotation cell, causing many vertically rising microbubbles. Provide necessary conditions for the flotation process.


Mineralized Air Bubble Removal Device


It is mainly composed of a motor driving a reducer, and the reducer drives a scraper to scrape out the foam floating on the groove surface.

Flotation Machine Working Principle

When the flotation machine is working, the impeller is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to rotate the flotation machine, which produces centrifugal action and forms negative pressure. In the flotation machine, the ore slurry treated by adding chemicals is stirred and aerated, so that some of the ore particles are selectively fixed on the air bubbles. Floating to the surface of the slurry is scraped off to form a foam product, and the rest remains in the slurry to achieve the purpose of separating minerals. Adjust the ram height to control the liquid level so the scraper scrapes off the useful foam.
