Due to limited funding, a gravity separation process after the crushing stage is applied to recover copper sulfide ore, resulting in less minerals acquired. For improved recovery, we use our flotation machines to save on costs and ensure that enough ore is extracted after the grinding stage for copper sulphate manufacturing plants.

Natural Copper

Considering the inequality of particle sizes in copper ore, our machines crush the copper contained in the rock. Subsequently, the gravity separator extracts the copper ore to result in waste-free natural copper.

After crushing the oxidized copper ore, we will subject it to gravity separation. Then we bring the tailings to the shaking table and turn to the flotation machine. If it is necessary to recycle iron, we use a magnetic separator to remove iron prior to gravity separation.

Magnetic properties, impurities and rock need to be extracted. For higher benefication effects, flotation machine and suitable chemical reagents need to be used.

How it Works

Feeding

For large capacity, a conveyor belt needs to be used, while for small capacity, it is directly conveyed to the jaw crusher for primary crushing

Crushing

Primary crushing facilities will be jaw crushers. Multiple units can be used if the processing capacity is large. If the size requirements for crushing are relatively small, secondary and tertiary crushing equipment can be considered.

Grinding

The size of final concentrate affects the use of the grinding equipment. The concentrate is smaller than 1mm, we need to use a ball mill. While the concentrate is smaller than 2mm, a hammer crusher can be used.

Screening

If it is necessary to recover iron, you need to use a magnetic separator to remove iron before gravity separation. For large capacity, you need to use a spiral chute and then use a magnetic separator.

Grading

For oxidized copper ore and the small amount of processing capacity, the gravity separation equipment can be directly used to recover copper.

Flotation

For rough ore of copper sulfide or mixed copper, meanwhile the processing capacity is large, we need to concentrate copper needs by flotation machine after gravity separation.
