Brief Intro

The mining mixing tank is used for stirring the ore pulp before the flotation process so that the ore pulp and the chemical agent can be fully mixed, providing qualified grade ore pulp for the flotation section and creating conditions for the beneficiation operation. Applicable to various metal or non-metal ores, the material concentration is at most 30% (calculated by weight), and the particle size of the fixed components is less than 1mm.

1. The overall equipment is made of stainless steel and equipped with movable baffles, which are convenient for feeding materials.


2. The stirring spindle can adopt fixed speed and frequency conversion speed regulation according to the user’s requirements. It has the characteristics of uniform mixing, no sedimentation, and no material accumulation and can fully and evenly stir the slurry.


3. The pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source, which can be used to transport various materials with high content and strong abrasive particles (such as silicon carbide micro powder) to realize the extraction and transfer of slurry.

 4. The circulation filter pipeline system is adopted, which can respectively realize the three functions of mortar filtration, mortar output, and ethylene glycol input. Also, it uses compressed air to dredge the pipeline function.


5. When the machine is working and mixing, the materials in the device are subjected to the action of the rotor and the baffle and carry out a compound movement. The paddle belt materials rotate along the machine tank’s inner wall. This enables the material to be continuously circulated in all directions in the machine tank to achieve a soft, fast, and even effect.

Mixing Tank Working Principle

The V-belt drive of the motor rotates the impeller. It thoroughly mixes the medicine and the pulp evenly, which increases the medicine’s reaction time and strengthens the medicine’s reaction quality. The mixing tank is suitable for all kinds of metal ores, mainly used for stirring before flotation, fully mixing the chemical agent and the pulp, and can also be used for stirring other non-metallic minerals. It is used for a concentration of not more than 30% (calculated by weight), and the particle size of the fixed components is less than 1mm. There are three types of mixing tanks: mining mixing tanks (XB), lifting mixing tanks (XBT) and high-efficiency mixing tanks(GBJ).

1. When working, the main shaft rotates clockwise and cannot be reversed (Looking down from the top).

2. When working, the main shaft runs first, inject 2/3 of the water into the tank, and then add materials and stir.

3. Before working, it is necessary to check whether the vertical axis is vertical to the bottom of the groove.

4. Before stopping the operation during the production process, the drain hole at the bottom must be opened to drain the residual ore left in the tank, and then stop the machine to prevent the impeller from being silted up by the slurry sedimentation, which will affect the next machine start and safe operation.
