Brief Intro

Shaking tables are also called concentrating tables. Widely used in separating gold, chromium, copper, lead, zinc, tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, coal and other mineral separation. It can be used in different operations such as roughing and sweeping, and sorts different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), ore slime (-0.074). We can customize single-layer, multi-layer and other types of shaking table designs. Layered separation according to specific gravity can also accurately produce a variety of products with different qualities, such as concentrates, sub-concentrates and tailings.

Base Frame

Bed Surface


When the shaking tables work is stopped, the bed surface should be rinsed clean to prevent impurities from being oxidized and scaled. A wear-resistant coating is added to the surface of the shaker, which is more durable and wear-resistant.




The motor is equipped with a belt protection cover, and the spring is placed in the box. The structure is compact and the operation is safe and reliable. The power consumption is not large, and the motor capacity can be 0.55-1 kW according to the size and production capacity.


Feeding And Water Chute


A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.


Head Motion


The shaking tables cast iron contains an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects moving parts and minimizes operating and maintenance costs.


Adjustable Slope


Normally, if the mineral particles are relatively coarse, the lateral slope of the shaker bed should be appropriately increased. Conversely, if the mineral particles are finer, the transverse slope of the bed surface needs to be lowered.

Shaking tables Working Principle

The longitudinal reciprocating motion of the table surface of the shaking table is realized by the crank-link transmission mechanism. The motor drives the crankshaft to rotate through the belt drive, and the rocker moves up and down accordingly. The bed strips or carved grooves on the bed are longitudinal and nearly perpendicular to the direction of water flow, and eddy currents are formed in the grooves when the water flows horizontally. The combined effect of eddy current and bed surface shaking makes the ore sand layer loose and stratified. The ore is fan-shaped on the bed and discharged along the edge of the bed. The heavy minerals are biased towards the concentrate discharge end of the shaking table, the light minerals are biased towards the tailings side.

(1) For normal type shaking table: Full set including feeding chute, table, channel frame, transmission box, electric motor.

(2) For upgraded type shaking table: Full set including feeding chute, collection chute, table, big channel frame, transmission box, electric motor, highen steel support, protective cover for pulley.

According to the feeding size of the material:

(1) If the feeding size is 0.5-2mm, choose 88 grooves;

(2) If the feeding size is 0.074-0.5mm, choose 120 grooves; if the feeding size is less than 0.074mm, choose 138 grooves.

Stroke is the distance between the front and back swing of the table. The 6S shaking table has 3 types of deck, they are coarse sand deck, fine sand deck and slime deck.

(1) For coarse deck, the stroke is 16-22mm;

(2) For fine sand deck, the stroke is 11-16mm;

(3) For coarse deck, the stroke is 8-16mm.

The exact water consumption for the shaking table depends on the material input size and slurry density. If you feed dry material, you need to feed more water, total water consumption needs about 3-4.5TPH. If you feed wet material, less water is required, about 1-2 TPH.
