Our trough feeders are suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk materials with a particle size of up to 160 mm. According to user requirements, the motor can change to a speed-regulating engine to adjust the amount of ore feeding.
In the production process, the trough feeder can uniformly, regularly, and continuously feed the bulk and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device and constantly and evenly feed the crushing machinery in the sand and gravel production line material. Trough feeders are widely used in metallurgy, coal mines, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives, and other industries.

The trough feeder is a reciprocating feeding equipment for the bottom plate of the trough. It can be hoisted under the discharge port of the silo or erected on the ground. It is mainly used as feeding equipment, such as jaw crushers that require uniform feeding.

The trough feeder can be installed on the ground or hoisted at the discharge port of the silo.
The stroke frequency of the bottom plate of the trough feeder is 20-60 times/min, and the stroke is 20-200mm. The stroke can be appropriately adjusted by the eccentric wheel of the driving device, and the eccentric distance is half of the stroke.
The eccentricity should not be less than 50mm when dealing with viscous ore.
The trough width of the trough feeder is about 2-2.5 times the maximum particle size of the feed material.
