The cleaning flotation can be done three or more times, so can increase the final product grade to as high as possible.
Two ways: firstly pretreat the minerals before going to the flotation machine ,such as removing mud by chemicals or Physical way, so the flotation effect will be much better and increase flotation recovery ratio. Secondly, increase the scanning flotation times, for example scanning two times or three times.
There is a scraper that scrapes out foam automatically from the flotation machine to concentrate the flow channel.
