Our hammer crushers are crushing equipment that integrates primary crushing and shaping functions. Its crushing ratio is large, and it can be crushed and formed at one time, and the product has a good and uniform grain shape. Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing limestone, bluestone, marl, sandstone, shale, gypsum, coal and other raw materials with compressive strength less than 150MPa and calcium content higher than 40% with medium hardness. Among them, the compressive strength of the material is not more than 150 MPa, and the humidity is not more than 15%. It is often used as crushing equipment for stone crushing, stone crushing, mine crushing, plastic crushing, garbage crushing and other materials. In large-scale crushing production lines, it is often combined with heavy hammer crusher for medium or fine crushing.
Frame Structure
The frame connects all parts as a whole through bolts, welded with steel plates, and can also be made into a box structure.
Wear-resistant Hammer
Using high-strength hammer head, with super high hardness. The hammer head is forged with train wheels, and then processed by heat treatment, which improves the wear resistance and toughness, and has a long service life.
Spindle Material
The main shaft is the most important part of the hammer crusher supporting the rotor. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel with high toughness and strength.

The important working part is the rotor with hammer head. The ore is crushed along the fragile parts such as natural cracks and joint surfaces by using the high-speed rotating hammer head to strike, impact and grind. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particle size of the crushed material smaller than the size of the sieve hole is discharged through the sieve plate. For materials with larger particle size, the granular materials that bounce back to the liner will be crushed by the additional impact of the hammer head. During the whole process of material crushing, the materials will also be crushed by mutual impact. Finally, it is discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.

Depending on different models and processing capacity. Here are some normal models and their corresponding input size,output size,capacity and power information for reference.
(1) The grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of the volume and must be replaced every three months.
(2) Abnormal sounds or violent vibration should be stopped for emergency treatment.
(3) Always pay attention to the fastening and tightness of each fastener.
(4) Check the condition of the screen regularly. If there is blockage, remove it immediately.
(5) Pay attention to the wear degree of easily worn parts, like the hammers,and replace worn parts in time.
Generally we use high manganese steel hammers.It’s with high wear resistance. Some clients also require a high chromium steel hammer to achieve higher hardness and better crushing effect.
