We were established as the most specialized mineral processing equipment company since 1985.
This project is a 50 TPH (tons/hour) rock gold processing plant in Malaysia, with JXSC providing the complete set of beneficiation equipment and process solutions. Designed specifically for the coarse-grained, high-hardness characteristics of local hard rock gold ore, the system covers the entire process of multi-stage crushing, screening, grinding, gravity separation, and smelting. The full gold processing system boasts low energy consumption, controllable operation and maintenance costs, and a comprehensive gold recovery rate exceeding 90%. It can complete the entire process from raw ore input to finished gold nuggets, exhibiting strong process stability and adapting to the production needs of small to medium-sized hard rock gold mines.
50TPH Rock Gold Processing Plant
The raw ore is fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing via the feed hopper and vibrating feeder, and then successively passed through the fine jaw crusher and double roll crusher to complete multi-stage fine crushing, crushing the ore to a particle size suitable for screening.
After crushing, the output material is conveyed to a double-layer vibrating screen for grading: +35mm particles are returned to the fine crusher for further crushing; 10-35mm particles are fed into the double-roll crusher to 0-6mm. Then, the qualified output material is sent back to the vibrating screen to form a closed-loop device, ensuring uniform particle size and conforming to the downstream grinding feed size.
-10mm particles are directly fed into the ball mill and ground to 30 mesh. After meeting the fineness requirements of subsequent beneficiation, they are transported to the gravity separation process by the slurry pump.
First, the gold minerals are initially enriched and quickly discarded using a centrifuge. The concentrate discharged from the centrifugal concentrator is then sent to a shaking table to obtain a higher purity concentrate. The tailings are then sent to two sets of gold sluice boxes for fine gravity separation to capture concentrate again.
The gold concentrate collected from the shaking table and gold sluice box is sent to the gold melting furnace for smelting, and finally, gold ingots with a purity of ≥99% are produced.
