The customer’s mine is in Accra, Ghana, which belongs to the plain area. Do not make height differences; the ground cannot be dug too deep. The raw ore contains a lot of mud, and the gold particles of 0-6mm and 6-12mm are recovered after washing. The process is required to be as simple as possible with low energy consumption.

Feeding

The loader feeds the material to the hopper, and the high-pressure water sprays gun sprays water into the silo. The material is fed to a vibrating feeder with a grid screen, and a belt conveyor conveys the +75mm waste away.

Washing

Use the 0-75mm material guide groove to send the material into the ore washing machine for cleaning. Then the material is discharged into the high-frequency vibrating screen, of which the first has a 6mm screen hole and the second one has a 12mm screen hole.

Screening

The material of 0-6mm from the first vibrating screen enters the 4 rows of gold troughs to recover 0-6mm gold, and the material of 6-75mm enters the second vibrating screen. Then 6-12mm enters 2 rows of gold sluice boxes to recover gold, and the belt conveyor transports +12mm waste away.

Concentration

All concentrates washed out of the sluice box enter the jig concentrators. The 0-2mm concentrate under the sieve is put on the shaking table, and the +2mm concentrate on the sieve is regularly cleaned out manually. The customer’s jig concentrators and shaking tables are installed indoors to prevent workers from stealing gold.
