The raw iron ore contains clay(weak magnetic iron), input size is 0-400mm. The finished product particle size requirement 0-10mm, 62% grade.

We deisng the iron process is as crushing, washing and magnetic separation.

We have designed the most effective beneficiation flowchart according to the clients’s raw iron ore conditions and client’s requirement. The iron grade achieves over 62%.

Solutions & Process

Washing

The vibrating feeder with grizzly bar separate the particle sizes above and below 100mm. Send the 100mm- mateirla to the trommel scrubber for washing. Send the size below 10mm to log washer for washing again. The particle sizes is more than 10mm is sent to crush.

Crushing

Bigger than 10mm materials go to the jaw crusher to crush to a smaller size, and go the the cone crusher for the send crushing.

Screening

The crushed material from the cone crusher go to a vibrating screen for sieving out <10mm, and above 10mm which is back to the cone crusher for re-crushing. For <10mm material, it will be sent to the magnetic separator for magnetic separation.

Magnetic separation

The magnetic separator separates out the magnetic iron, weak magnetic iron, and non magnetic iron.
