We were established as the most specialized mineral processing equipment company since 1985.
JXSC Gemini concentration table is one of the core gravity separation equipment used in mineral processing plants to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly, and low-cost gold beneficiation. It can be equipped with a stroke and frequency adjustment system, allowing for quick switching between sand and slime separation modes to meet the needs of different beneficiation processes. The modular design of the Gemini shaking table makes installation and maintenance more convenient, supporting both small-scale laboratory testing and industrial-scale production applications. Due to its efficient separation capabilities for fine particles, it can achieve concentrate recovery rates of over 95%, making it highly favored in industries such as gold recovery and tungsten ore beneficiation.
The Gemini concentration table, also known as the Gemini shaking table or Gemini gravity separation table, is a highly efficient gravity separation equipment designed for the sorting and enrichment of fine-grained minerals. It primarily works by simulating gravity, water flow, and vibration to stratify mineral particles of different densities on the table surface, thereby achieving enrichment and purification. The Gemini concentration table is widely used in the beneficiation of precious metals and rare metals such as gold, silver, tin, tungsten, lead, and zinc. Users can optimize the separation effect by adjusting the stroke, frequency, and table inclination, while its modular design facilitates maintenance and transportation.
This equipment combines the gravity separation principle of traditional shaking tables with modern mechanical design, and is commonly used in small and medium-sized beneficiation plants, placer gold mines, and for laboratory mineral analysis. It is particularly suitable for the concentration and tailings recovery of fine-grained placer gold and rock gold minerals, achieving gold recovery rates of over 95%. Due to its high recovery rate, low energy consumption, and flexibility, the Gemini concentration table has significant application value in the processing of different types of ores, such as placer gold mines, lode gold mines, and alluvial deposits.

8. Customized solutions: JXSC supports customizing the bed material, stroke parameters, and equipment layout based on the ore properties and beneficiation process requirements, meeting individual production needs.
The working principle of the Gemini concentration table is based on the differences in mineral density and hydrodynamic effects. A motor drives the table surface in an asymmetrical reciprocating motion, generating longitudinal shear forces and transverse water flow. The mineral slurry flows in from the feed end, and the high-frequency vibration, combined with the water flow, washes away the lighter minerals and gangue, while the heavier minerals are concentrated towards the other end of the table under the influence of gravity and inertial forces.

The Gemini concentration table comes in various models: Small laboratory-scale equipment (such as the GT-60) has a processing capacity of 0.2-0.5 tons/hour; larger industrial equipment (such as the GT-1000) can reach 1.5 tons/hour. The specific model selection depends on the ore properties, particle size distribution, and production scale.
The outstanding advantage of the Gemini shaking table lies in its high sensitivity in separating fine-grained gold, lower energy consumption, and the fact that it does not require the addition of chemical reagents. Centrifugal concentrators typically have higher energy consumption; spiral chutes, on the other hand, have poor recovery rates for excellent particles. Furthermore, the Gemini shaker table is easy to operate, with flexible parameter adjustments, making it suitable for the fine separation of medium- to high-grade minerals.
The main costs include electricity, equipment maintenance fees, and replacement costs for wear and tear parts. Due to low energy consumption and simple maintenance, the operating costs are relatively low. For specific pricing, please consult our experts based on your actual needs.
JXSC Gemini concentration table can achieve a recovery rate of over 95% for fine gold particles and over 80% for other rare metals. The specific recovery rate depends on the ore properties and the beneficiation process. Furthermore, the shaking table can be used in conjunction with other beneficiation equipment to further improve the recovery rate.
When choosing a Gemini shaking table model, factors such as ore properties, processing capacity, beneficiation requirements, and site conditions need to be considered. It is recommended to consult with JXSC’s professional mineral processing engineers before purchasing and conducting ore amenability tests to determine the most suitable equipment model and configuration.
