Transmission Device
Includes cycloidal pinwheel reducer, dustproof gearbox and motor. It adopts a fully enclosed structure design, effectively preventing water and dust from entering the interior, and the transmission efficiency is over 95%.
Spiral Spindle
Usually made of high-strength manganese steel or wear-resistant alloy, with wear-resistant blades welded to the surface, responsible for pushing materials to tumble, friction cleaning, and conveying discharge.
Spray System
Water pipes and nozzles arranged above the sand washing tank provide high-pressure water flow to rinse the sand and gravel, improving the washing efficiency.
Sand Washing Tank
Designed as a U-shaped or semi-circular inclined tank to extend the material residence time and facilitate the upward conveying of materials and the overflow discharge of impurities.
Lifting Mechanism
Supports flexible adjustment of the screw shaft angle, which can optimize and improve the effect according to the material moisture content and dehydration requirements.

The spiral sand washer uses inclined spiral blades that rotate within the tank. Material enters through the feed inlet and is continuously tumbled by the blades. Water is injected from the bottom, causing light impurities (such as clay and organic matter) to float and be discharged from the overflow outlet. Clean sand and gravel settle due to gravity and are pushed by the spiral to the top discharge outlet, thus completing dewatering. Throughout the process, the blade speed and water flow are adjustable to accommodate materials of different particle sizes and mud contents.
