This project is a customized limestone crushing production line of 300-400 tons/hour by JXSC Mining Machinery Factory for the Nigerian market. Designed to meet aggregate demand across various local applications—including infrastructure development, road construction, and concrete mixing plants. This full limestone crushing production system uses a proven process configuration featuring “jaw crushing for primary reduction, dual-stage impact crushing for fine reduction, and two-stage screening.” The dual-stage impact crusher configuration within this limestone crushing line ensures that the finished aggregates possess excellent particle shape and low flakiness/elongation content, thereby meeting the rigorous standards required for high-quality construction materials. Utilizing a comprehensive closed-circuit crushing workflow, the system allows for flexible adjustment of operating parameters based on raw material hardness and specific product requirements, effectively accommodating the fluctuating capacity demands of diverse aggregate production projects throughout Nigeria.
300-400TPH Limestone Crushing Production Line
Large-sized limestone raw materials are first stored in a hopper and then conveyed uniformly and continuously to a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder, thereby preventing equipment jamming caused by uneven feeding.
Raw materials enter the PE900×1200 jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The discharge size is controlled within a range suitable for subsequent secondary crushing and is then transported via a belt conveyor to the next crushing unit.
Following the coarse crushing stage, the material first enters a PF1520 impact crusher for intermediate crushing, and subsequently proceeds to a PF1315 impact crusher for secondary fine crushing. This process effectively refines the particle shape and reduces the material’s size; once crushed, the entire output is transported via conveyor belts to the screening unit.
Following fine crushing, the material enters the first 2YK2470-2 vibrating screen for classification: material with a particle size of 19–25 mm is discharged directly as the finished product. Material with a particle size greater than 25 mm is returned via a belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further reduction, establishing a closed-circuit loop. Material with a particle size smaller than 19 mm is conveyed to a second vibrating screen for secondary classification.
Material smaller than 19 mm enters a second vibrating screen for classification, yielding three distinct product specifications: 13–19 mm, 6–13 mm, and 0–6 mm (stone dust/fine aggregate). All finished products are conveyed via independent belt conveyors to their respective stockpiles.
