Coarse Crushing and Feeding

After being stored in a hopper, the run-of-mine ore is evenly fed by a trough feeder into a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, reducing large ore blocks to a medium particle size. This initial size reduction lays the foundation for subsequent fine crushing.

Fine Crushing

The coarsely crushed ore is transported via belt conveyor to a hammer crusher for secondary fine crushing, further reducing the particle size to a range suitable for the ball mill; it is then conveyed to the grinding stage by another belt conveyor.

Grinding and Slurry Preparation

The finely crushed ore enters a ball mill for wet grinding to ensure the thorough liberation of gold minerals from the gangue. The resulting slurry flows into a slurry tank equipped with a sand pump, which then pressurizes and transports the material to the beneficiation stage.

Separación por gravedad

The slurry first enters a centrifugal concentrator for roughing, where centrifugal force is used to separate heavy minerals from light gangue. The rough concentrate produced by the centrifugal concentrator is sent to a shaking table for cleaning to yield a high-grade gold concentrate. Tailings from the centrifugal concentrator are fed into a sluice box for scavenging to further recover residual gold minerals, ultimately producing concentrate and final tailings.
