This project is a 10TPH (10 tons per hour) alluvial gold & diamond washing plant in Tanzania, an integrated mineral processing production line customized by JXSC for local mining areas. It integrates screening, washing, and gravity separation processes, adapting to the occurrence characteristics of local alluvial gold and diamond deposits. The entire system is powered by a diesel generator, with all equipment operation status centrally managed through an electrical control cabinet, making it particularly suitable for operations in remote or non-powered mining areas in Africa. The entire gold & diamond washing plant offers high sorting accuracy, low investment cost, and strong operational stability. It is suitable for large-scale production in small to medium-sized alluvial gold and diamond mines, and can also meet the processing needs of flexible mine relocation.
10TPH Alluvial Gold & Diamond Washing Plant
The raw ore is first fed into an 80mm bar screen to remove large pieces of waste rock larger than 80mm. The remaining qualified material enters the subsequent washing stage.
The qualified material after pre-screening enters a trommel scrubber to complete the washing, desliming, and dispersing of the ore. Simultaneously, secondary classification is performed to remove stones larger than 25mm. The slurry with particles ≤25mm is sent to the gravity separation process.
The slurry enters a jig separator, where gravity separation is used to enrich placer gold and diamonds, producing high-grade concentrate. The tailings after separation are directly discharged.
